# Salesforce Permissions

There may be some instances where you want to limit permissions for managers or users so they don't have access to the Automation or Flow actions. However, you'd like to give them the ability to edit Queues and manage users. The steps below will allow you to manage permission

1. Setup -> Users (Click Setup on your Salesforce environment and search for Users in Quick Find)
2. Click on the User (Manager or User you would like to enable permissions)
3. Permissions Set Assignments -> Edit Assignments

4. Move Gradient Works Manager to Enabled Permission Set

You'll notice that Gradient Works does provide default permission sets based on different roles. If you need custom permissions for a your organization's specific role please reach out to <support@gradient.works> for assistance.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.gradient.works/kb/advanced/salesforce-permissions.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
