# Google Workspace

{% hint style="info" %}
The Google Workspace integration requires Gradient Works Cloud authentication. If you're not authenticated with GWC, see the [getting started](/kb/integrations/getting-started.md) guide for instructions.
{% endhint %}

### Connecting to Google Workspace

Go to the "Settings" tab in the [Routing](https://github.com/Gradient-Works/salesforce/blob/main/docs/gitbook/integrations/broken-reference/README.md) module.

Click "Sign in with Google" in the Integrations section. You'll be redirected to Google Workspace to continue the process of authorizing Gradient Works.

{% hint style="warning" %}
The Google Workspace user you use to authenticate must have access to each reps' calendar. Consider making a special account just for this purpose.
{% endhint %}

Gradient Works requests the minimum permissions possible to manage calendars in Google Workspace. Click "Allow" to complete the process.

### Scheduling meetings

You can now build scheduling automations using the [Schedule and Assign Single Item](/kb/automation-builder-kit-abk/actions/assignment/assignandschedulesingleitemaction.md) ABK action.

#### *Security notes*

For the security minded, the Google integration requests the following scopes:

* ./auth/calendar.events.freebusy
* ./auth/calendar.freebusy
* ./auth/calendar
