# Automation Executions

For each Automation that contains one or more [Flow Lifecycle](/kb/automation-builder-kit-abk/actions/leads.md) actions, Gradient Works tracks information each time the automation executes. You'll be able to see at a glance which executions finished or failed and what records triggered a particular execution.

### Automation Execution Detail

Clicking into an Automation Execution will reveal even more detail about what happened and what Records were involved throughout the entire Automation Execution.

The detail shows information about the Automation itself, the Record that triggered the Automation Execution, the Assignments related to that Automation Execution and any relevant Log Entries.

### Advanced Search

To make it easier to find Automation Executions for particular Records or Users, use the advanced searching capabilities of the Automation Execution listing.

Here are some of the things you can search on:

* Assigned Record Names and Ids - the Record Id or Name of related Assignments for Automation Executions
* Assignee Name, Email or Id - the User assigned a Record as part of the related Assignments for Automation Executions
* Previous Assignee Name, Email or Id - the User who was previously assigned the Record as part of the related Assignments for Automation Executions
* Flow InterviewGUID - the Id Salesforce assigns to a particular Automation Execution. This is helpful if you have a Flow Exception Email and want to see more details about what failed for the Flow InterviewGUID provided in the email.
